“Running Man” members take the challenge of climbing stairs of 63 building

The cast members of “I Like Sundays – Running Man” took the challenge of climbing up the stairs of the 63 building in Seoul (the highest building in Korea) on the latest episode of the show.

On the episode which aired on March 23, the “Running Man” team faced off the cast members of SBS upcoming Saturday-Sunday drama “Angel Eyes“.

The two teams competed to each other in different mission including climbing up the stairs of the 63 building, solving a quiz, and fighting on a gigantic foot massage plate.

“Angel Eyes” cast face off against “Running Man” cast

On the latest episode of the show, the cast members of “Running Man” teamed up to fight against the cast members from the upcoming SBS drama, “Angel Eyes“, including Big Bang‘s Seungri, Goo Hye Sun, Kwon Hye Hyo, Gong Hyung Jin, Lee Sang Yoon, Kim Ji Suk and Kang Ha Neul!

The two teams competed each other in the final challenge – transforming into the nation’s rescue crews. They showed off their teamwork skills in different missions including a fireman’s pole, rock climbing, and using a fire hose to put out a fire!

“Running Man” cast vs. “Angel Eyes” cast

The SBS popular show “I Like Sundays – Running Man” aired its latest episode on March 23 of 2014.
On this broadcast, the “Running Man” cast members had to fight against the cast members of SBS new Saturday-Sunday drama “Angel Eyes“.

During a challenge of climbing up the stairs of the 63 building, a quiz, and a battle on a gigantic foot massage plate, all the members tried to do their best as it was a battle between the SBS dramas and the SBS entertainment programs.

The SBS variety show “Happy Sundays – Running Man” aired its latest episode on March 23 featuring the cast members of upcoming drama “Angel Eyes” as guests.

On this episode, the cast members of Angel Eyes and Running Man competed in a challenge of climbing up the stairs of the 63 building, and a quiz.
Angel Eyes’ Kwon Hae Hyo teamed up with Running Man’s Gaeri to solve the quiz. Kwon Hae Hyo impressed everyone on set as he could answer most of the question.

SBS denies the confirmation of ‘Running Man’ Chinese version

Previously, it was reported that the production of “Running Man” Chinese version was confirmed and it will be broadcast in the fourth quarter of this year, however SBS later officially denied the confirmation.
On March 24th, SBS released a statement,”Zhejjang TV previously reported on March 20th that there will be a Chinese version of “Running Man”, but in fact it’s still under discussion, we haven’t signed any contract yet”

They continued by saying that the decision was just one-sided from China, and Zhejjang TV published it without mutual agreement. Also about the line-up cast members and how the staff from both sides will co-operate and work on this version, nothing has been decided yet.
SBS also pointed out that the SBS only has official Twitter, Facebook and Youtube accounts, and the SBS Weibo account is fake and they will take legal action of this issue.

About the rumour of f(x)’s Victoria will be one of the fixed cast of “Running Man” Chinese version, SM Entertainment later denied and said they had no idea about it.

SBS Denies Officially Signing on a Chinese Version of “Running Man”

SBS corrected reports that said a Chinese version of “Running Man” is going into production by saying the production is still in discussion and nothing has been signed yet.

On March 24, SBS stated, “We want to clear up the announcement of a Chinese version of ‘Running Man,’ which was first reported on March 20. The production of a Chinese version of ‘Running Man’ is only in process of discussion and an official contract has not been signed yet.”

They continued, “The broadcast about ‘Running Man’ made in China was one-sided and without discussion with us. Discussions were not made between SBS and the casting either. This was solely executed by the Chinese broadcasters.”

SBS also stated, “All of the SBS staff members and directors in Korea will work on creating a program in China that matches the quality of the Korean version of ‘Running Man.’ However, it is only at the initial stages of discussion. Nothing has been guaranteed or decided yet”

“The Chinese broadcasters made it seem like the Chinese production of ‘Running Man’ has been confirmed without discussing it with SBS first. This is not true.”

Also, SBS announced that the SBS Weibo account being used in China right now is fake. SBS currently only has official accounts for Facebook, Twitter and Youtube. SBS stated that it will take legal action for this matter.

It has also been revealed tha the Chinese homepage for “SBS World” has nothing to do with SBS. All of the things posted on this website is not authentic information and SBS showed intentions of bringing the site down and taking legal action.

In SBS entertainment program “Running Man” aired today, Goo Hye Sun came out as one of the guests.
On this day, the members and the guests carried out missions to become the best relief team.
Yoo Jae Suk said to Goo Hye Sun who came out to “Running Man” for the first time, “How do you feel to be here?” and she answered, “It”s been so long since I came out on an entertainment program,” being awkward.

But other members all could not hold in their awe, saying, “She”s so beautiful.”

Chinese Version Of ‘Running Man’ Rumored To Join f Member Victoria

f(x)”s Victoria is said to be joining the short cast list on the Chinese version of variety show “Running Man”. You all know that “Running Man” is popular in Korea and now, Chinese is launching their own version of the show.

It was also revealed that various Chinese celebrities are being casts on the said program including Jaycee Chan, son of veteran actor and martial art artist, Jackie Chan. But he earned his own popularity in his own way and is loved apart from his father in China.

The show, “跑起来 好兄弟”, translate as “Running Up Brothers”, is said to take some specific cues from “Running Man” which includes the show”s premise in an urban-action set up.

The show is said to premiere in China on the fourth quarter of this year. Fans will get to see what the Chinese version of “Running Man” looks like.

fx’s Victoria rumored to join Chinese version of ‘Running Man’

A Chinese version of the popular Korean variety program “Running Man” has been confirmed, and f(x)“s Victoria may be on the cast to join the show!

According to a report from Newsen, various Chinese celebrities have already been casted for the program, including Jaycee Chan, son of Jackie Chan and a celebrity in his own right, and actor-artist Huang Bo.
The show, “跑起来 好兄弟”, which translates to “Running Up Brothers”, will take specific cues from “Running Man”.

The show is expected to boardcast in China in the fourth quarter of this year. Stay tuned for more info!

The cast transforms into sheriffs, and battle it out to see who will finally claim the sheriff badge. The end of the preview clip also shows Gary’s failed attempt to fill a glass with water resulting in Kim Jong Kook being hilariously drenched.

Song Ji Hyo Pins Down Big Bang’s Seungri and Kang Ha Neul on ‘Running Man’

If Big Bang’s Seungri and Kang Ha Neul thought they could stop Song Ji Hyo from getting where she was going, they were wrong. So terribly wrong.

On March 23’s broadcast of SBS’ Running Man, the Running Man cast went up against the cast of SBS’ new drama, Angel Eyes.

The members of both teams participated in a relay climb, running up the 63 Building in Seoul. As the mission and competition became fiercer, Seungri tried to block Song Ji Hyo from getting where she needed to go.
Too bad for Seungri, Song Ji Hyo didn’t hesitate in pinning him down and hitting his back, pushing him out of her way. Kang Ha Neul came to Seungri’s rescue, only to find himself on the ground within seconds, grabbing onto Song Ji Hyo’s ankles and yelling she couldn’t leave.

Song Ji Hyo scoffed, laying some hits on Kang Ha Neul, before slipping her way to her destination.

“Running Man” Ace Song Ji Hyo Punishes Seungri and Kang Ha Neul for Getting in Her Way

Actor Kang Ha Neul and BIGBANG’s Seungri were overpowered by Song Ji Hyo on this week’s episode of “Running Man.”

SBS “Running Man” invited the cast of new SBS weekend drama, “Angel Eyes,” over to play on the March 23 episode. Lee Sang Yoon, Goo Hye Sun, Kwon Hae Hyo, Kim Ji Suk, Kang Ha Neul, Gong Hyung Jin and BIGBANG’s Seungri made up the “Angel Eyes” team.

Song Ji Hyo raced up the stairs in order to fulfill a mission in a teamwork battle, but Seungri was determined to prevent her from completing the mission. This was followed by Kang Ha Neul’s attempt to steal her walkie-talkie, and both boys grabbed on to her legs so she couldn’t leave. The ace showed her hand, deftly dealing the boys with quick smacks and triumphantly escaped.

During the show introductions, Kim Jong Kook also revealed that Kim Ji Suk was the original heodang, with Haha adding that his role was similar to Lee Kwang Soo‘s now, but that his image has changed a lot since.

f’s Victoria to join ‘Running Man’ Chinese version?

It was confirmed that there will be “Running Man” Chinese version and the show will be broadcast in the fourth quarter of this year.

The Chinese version will much likely the same as the Korean version, in which it will also has a fixed cast and there will be famous guests to be invited on the show. The filming places will be all landmarks in major cities in China.

Currently Jackie Chan’s son – Jaycee Chan is confirmed to be one of the fixed cast members, actor Huangbo and f(x)’s Victoria are consider to join the show. Especially if Victoria decides to join, her role will be like Song Ji Hyo as she will be the only female member.

A representative said,”For the Chinese version of “Running Man”, we will co-operate with the production team from SBS. You can expect it to have the same atmosphere as the original show”

‘Running Man’ Scaredy-Cats Battle On Land, Air, And Sea To Win The Prize

The most cowardly of all cowards battled it out on land, air, and sea in Australia to determine the winner.
The March 16th broadcast of SBS entertainment program “Running Man” was the 2nd part of the Australia special. They went on an adventure by means of land, air, and sea on this special. The members” wills were strong, but most of the “Running Man” cast members are cowards, which was once again brought to the viewers” attention with this episode. Their brave (cowardly) attempts at completing the missions brought much laughter to the viewers.

Last week the members met with kangaroos and koalas at a sanctuary where they had to complete missions. This week the missions were noticeably more difficult, and they went on parasailing, sea plane, and Jeep car adventures, making a dynamic viewing experience for those at home.

Yoo Jae Suk and Ji Suk Jin, both of whom are known to have an extreme fear of heights, went first. Their faces went pale as their sea plane took off so that they could complete the mission of attaining 15 marbles. Naturally the two screamed as loudly as they can, and were very well pleased when they completed their mission. HaHa and Gary went out to sea to go parasailing. They let out big sighs in time with the rocking waves, and looked defeated. Whether by good fortune or bad luck, their parasailing was unsuccessful due to the weather. However, they were able to swim with the dolphins in the sea, which made for a unique time on screen.

This broadcast of “Running Man” was filmed in Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Melbourne. They were able to interact more with the locals in the city.

The final winners of the Australian special were Rain and Kim Jong Gook. It”s no wonder that the combination of these two very capable men took home the victory. This couple was the first to obtain all 4 cards containing water, fire, wind, and earth. They already had the wind and water cards. Song Ji Hyo had the earth card, and they won their final fire card by completing a mission, and took the final win.

Kim Woo Bin, who was also a guest in this episode, showed great fervor in working towards victory. In the last mission Kim Woo Bin put up a great battle of wits, and almost won. However, he collapsed under Rain”s final surprise attack.

This was the first time “Running Man” took place outside of Asia. Rain and Kim Woo Bin were supposed to be joined by Lee Jong Suk for this Australian special, but he unfortunately could not join because he caught the swine flu.

On the most recent broadcast of ”Running Man“, cast member Lee Kwang Soo and actor Kim Woon Bin teamed up in a music video filmed in Australia.

The March 9 episode of “I Like Sundays – Running Man” featured the “Adventures in Australia”, with singer Rain and actor Kim Woo Bin as special guests.

In Australia, Kim Woo Bin became a team-mate with Lee Kwang Soo. The two guys filmed a music video on the street and showed their dance cover to Rain’s “La Song.”
